This policy explains what Lithe collects, why, and the choices you have. Lithe is a fitness and nutrition app operated by Stratavon AI ("we", "us"). If you have questions, contact us at hello@stratavon.site.

Lithe provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program.

What we collect

Account information: your email address and name, provided directly or through Sign in with Apple or Google when you create an account.
Profile and fitness inputs: the information you enter during onboarding and use, including age, sex, height, weight, goal, training schedule, available equipment, dietary preferences, and any injuries you choose to tell us about.
Activity you log: completed workouts, meals and calories, body weight, and subjective ratings.
Health and fitness data: with your explicit permission, sleep and heart-rate signals read from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). This is used only to compute your readiness and adjust your plan. We do not read this data without your permission, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings.
Subscription information: your subscription and trial status, handled by our payments provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
Usage and diagnostics: app events (for example, quiz completed, workout started) and crash reports, used to improve the product.
Waitlist: if you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the goal you select, to notify you at launch.

How we use it

To compute and personalize your training and nutrition plan from your own numbers, and to rebuild it over time.
To read your recovery signals (with permission) and adjust your daily plan.
To send you notifications and reminders you can control.
To operate subscriptions and the free trial.
To fix bugs, understand what is working, and improve Lithe.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health data for advertising.

How your plan is generated

Your numeric targets (calories, macros, training volume) are computed by our own software. To write your plan and coaching text, a summary of your computed metrics is processed by an AI service provider Groq operating on our behalf under their terms. We send only what is needed to generate your plan.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run Lithe, under agreements that limit their use of it:

Google Firebase (Google Cloud): authentication, database, hosting, notifications, analytics, and crash reporting.
Our AI provider Groq: to generate plan and notification text from your computed metrics.
RevenueCat: to manage subscriptions and trials across the App Store and Google Play.
Formspree: to collect waitlist signups (email and goal) before launch.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and users.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure and may be processed in countries other than yours. We rely on our providers' safeguards for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Delete your account: you can delete your account and associated data from within the app at any time.
Health permissions: grant or revoke Apple Health or Health Connect access in your device settings.
Notifications: turn them off in the app or your device settings.
Access, correction, deletion: depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at hello@stratavon.site to exercise them.
Waitlist: every waitlist email includes an unsubscribe link.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

Children

Lithe is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
